Spoon with hook handle
I bought this spoon a long time ago and have never used it. Perhaps it's for hooking over a saucepan and sampling the food - eg jam or a stew - something that's brewing/cooking for some time and needs to be tasted.

It's for serving appetizers on.
You're supposed to put it in your mouth like a pipe, and look pensive and interesting.
